From delivering our own projects to working in partnership with other contractors both in the UK and overseas markets, the Project7 team has gained vast experience in the successful and safe delivery of complex and logistically challenging projects. Almost every project that we undertake presents its own unique challenges such as access restrictions, interfaces with multiple stakeholders and complex programme phasing and sequencing. How we demonstrate our capability and experience to safely and successfully overcome these challenges has been a key consideration by prospective clients in our appointment to deliver their works.
From our experiences gained on projects such as Rugby World Cup 2015 Seating Transition, London 2012 Olympic & Paralympic Games and Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, we have organically developed the required skill sets within the business to offer a specialist service as a provider of construction logistics on a stand-alone basis. As such Project7 Logistics has been set up to deliver specialist construction logistics services to both existing and new clients.
From our Head Office in Uxbridge and our regional base in Yorkshire we have the ability to offer national coverage in all market sectors of the construction industry.
We can assist at the planning and feasibility stages of the project where careful consideration must be given as to how a scheme is going to be built, how materials and people can be brought to site in a safe and efficient manner and how the creation of waste can be minimised. Using our in-house design department we can produce logistics plans and strategies, temporary works designs, vehicle swept path analysis and 3D concept modelling.
During the construction phase we can provide a comprehensive range of management tools and techniques allied with the on-site deployment of plant and labour resources to ensure that all identified logistical challenges are safety and effectively dealt with.
