Hippodrome Casino Theatre, Leicester Square (Grade II Listed)
Deconstruction and remodelling of the existing theatre structure, increased seating capacity, installation of new acoustic floors and walls, extended balcony details, installation of new staircase and more, to accommodate the new ‘Magic Mike’ set.
Following on from our work at the London Stadium, we were asked to fit out the hospitality suite for West Ham F.C. Emphasis was made to show individual themes which illustrate the story of the football club, its Olympic athletic legacy and place in local history.

Ruislip Lido, Engineering Workshop
Removal and disposal of an existing structure involving complicated civil works, various temporary works, hard landscaping and a whole new self-contained drainage scheme. A new pre-assembled modular building lifted onto site and finished with a top quality fit out.

Blackbox Office, East London
The new space consists of a large staff breakout area with unlimited flexibility for eating, socialising and working, informal meeting and seating areas, open plan desking and branded client meeting rooms. The areas were kept separate and light with glass partitioning and doors.

Costa Coffee, Ealing
Full renovation and conversion of the building, adding 2 more floors, a penthouse and 4 more self-contained living accommodations.
Full refurbishment of the costa coffee on the ground floor afterwards. including all new bespoke joinery, graphic wall vinyl’s throughout, new AV systems, bespoke ceiling rafts and FFE in line with the Costa companywide MEP scope.

Soft strip and extensive demolition of the internal layout to cater for a new retail unit. Extensive slab and structural remedials. New shop curtain walling and screed.

Transport Museum, Glasgow
Project7 collaborated with ADL & BAM on the specialist installation of the extremely complex and ambitious ceiling of the Riverside Museum in Glasgow, designed by Zaha Hadid.

External refurbishment on a listed building and internal fit-out including ceiling dropped and fabrication and installation of bespoke furniture. This demanding project required heavy involvement and coordination with the designers from the early planning stages.

London Stadium Relocatable Seating
Project7 are appointed by E20 as principal contractor and designer under a 5-year contract to reconfigure the London stadium to stage various major events throughout the year. As such we are responsible for reconfiguring the lower bowl seating into the various venue modes (Pitch, concert, athletics etc). This allows the venue to facilitate a wide range of events from football through to concerts and athletics.
